*Creates 4 cups of Sorbet
Ingredients:
4 pouches of Food Print Frozen Blackberry Fruit Pulp (1 pouch = 100 grams)
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 cups of water
4 teaspoons of Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons of Lemon Zest
Create the Simple Syrup
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the water and sugar and stir occasionally until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Put syrup aside to cool until it reaches room temperature.
Create the Mixture
Blend the Food Print Blackberry fruit, simple syrup, lemon juice and lemon zest until well combined.
Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more simple syrup if needed.
Pour liquid into rectangular loaf pan.
Freeze mixture for four (4) hours or until mixture is firm.
Serve
Remove from freezer and let rest for one (1) minutes then scoop and serve with spoon or icecream scoop.
